Warren Hope was born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania where his father was a builder. By the time he was 5 years old, Warren was a regular on his father's construction site by lending a hand and learning the ropes. By the time he was a teenager, Warren had become a key player in his father's construction crew.
In 1976, when he was 19 years old, Warren moved to Englewood, FL and began working as a construction supervisor with some of the top builders in the area. He was involved in building numerous houses including the first house in the South Gulf Cove and Rotonda Pinehurst subdivisions.
In 1981, Warren formed his own company known as Warren Hope Builder's, and for the past 41 years, has built hundreds of houses throughout Charlotte county.
Over the years, he has held numerous positions with the Charlotte Builders and Contractor Association including that of the Treasurer and Director. Warren has built more houses than any other builder presently working in the area and has earned a reputation for his honesty and skill as a builder.
